Are your products brand new & authentic?

Yes, we work closely with brands to source all products directly from the brand themselves or their official distributors. All of our products are 100% original, brand new, sealed and retail packaged - just as you buy from a high-street retail store - but much better value!

Where do you dispatch from?

Our registered office, distribution centre and customer service team are all located in Northern Ireland. All orders are picked, packed and dispatched from on of our fulfilment centres around the UK.  

Is VAT included in the prices shown?

Yes, where applicable VAT is included within every price quoted on our store.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to every country in the world. Our Delivery page shows available delivery options and prices. The cost of delivery for orders shipping to outside of the UK & Ireland is based on the order weight and is calculated in the cart and at checkout.

What payments methods are accepted?

You can pay using PayPal, credit or debit card, or Apple Pay.

Do you offer wholesale prices / bulk-buying discounts?

Yes, we offer discounted pricing for wholesale orders. Please contact us with your requirements. 

What is your returns policy?

We guarantee your 100% satisfaction. We offer a full money-back guarantee, 30 day returns and 1 year manufacturer's warranty on everything.

What if i change my mind and wish to cancel my order?

We have absolutely no problem with customers changing their mind and cancelling their order.  If you change your mind and cancel your order prior to your order being dispatched, there will be no charge and a full refund will be issued immediately. If you cancel your order after your order has been dispatched then you will be liable to pay for return shipping, and a full refund will be issued once the items are received at our warehouse.

Are there any additional costs?

In short no. We take full responsibility for delivering your order to the address provided at the time of ordering. 

However, if there are additional costs as a result of a change of address post you order dispatching / error in your delivery address,  or (in very rare circumstances) any customs charges then these will be the responsibility of the customer.
